Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The room, although described as a single on the website, was perfect but got stuffy despite adjusting the fan and temperature. The noise levels were quite high. On the bright side, the service was absolutely magnificent, with staff being super friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, within walking distance from key attractions in Florence. Dining was good, especially given the limited options at most places. However, the miso soup was a nice touch. The facilities were convenient overall.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were comfortable and not too small, with great heating and really hot water for the comfy bathtub. The service was excellent and accommodating, with friendly staff and a fantastic location within walking distance of major sights. The dining experience was nice, offering a good variety of food, and the facilities were well-maintained.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern and nice, although a bit small and noisy in the morning. On the positive side, they offered a beautiful view of the Duomo and had incredibly comfy beds with super fluffy pillows. The hotel is big, clean, and boasts a great location. Service was top-notch with very helpful and enthusiastic staff. The location was ideal, with all major sites within walking distance. The dining options were good, although lacking in cheese varieties. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience with great value for money.
